Grail Springs is a holistic health retreat and wellness spa in Ontario, Canada. It bills itself as a traditional spa retreat in the truest sense of the 14th century definition: a healing sanctuary with curative spring waters that are woven together with leading holistic health technologies, anti-aging treatments and detoxifying therapies.

Thalassotherapy is a type of spa treatment that uses sea water to soothe and relax by way of massage, whirlpool baths, wraps and more. At Aqua Mer, sea water from Chaleur Bay is pumped in continuously for use in its thalassotherapy treatments, bathing and even to rinse the vegetables. The thinking is that the sea water's natural elements have healing properties. Healthy meals, morning workouts hiking and kayaking round out the itinerary of revitalization.
Nordic-style water therapy in picturesque Canadian settings. Le Scandinave is tucked into the forests of Collingwood
and offers hot and cold plunging pools, a steam room, sauna and treatment rooms. Serenity is pretty serious business at La Scandinave, including "no talking" signs in the steam room, so a gaggle of getaway girls may want to spa elsewhere.
