Niagara Wine Festivals - Niagara Icewine, New Vintage and Wine Festivals

Ice wine is a sweet dessert wine produced using grapes frozen on the vine. Canada, of course, has no problem providing such freezing conditions and is the largest ice wine producer in the world.

More than 30 participating wineries, nestled in the rolling landscape between Grimsby and Niagara-on-the-Lake, are ready to welcome visitors during the Niagara New Vintage Festival with tours, tastings, and special events all celebrating the first taste of Ontario's newest wines.
