When is Easter?

In 2013, Easter falls on March 31.

Easter Sunday and Good Friday are statutory holidays in most Canadian provinces, which means pretty well everything shuts down (some exceptions apply, such as restaurants or tourist attractions, so call ahead if you're unsure).

Easter Monday sees libraries, schools and government offices closed, but life as usual for most of the rest of the population.
