Fall Foliage Colour Reports

Monday September 15, 2008
As September temperatures drop across Canada, green foliage begins its turn to reds, oranges and yellows.

In my hometown of Dundas, which is about an hour's drive from Toronto and the same from Niagara Falls, the leaves are well below 25% peak colour, meaning there's still plenty of time to take a fall foliage trip.

In planning a leaf-peeping visit, fall colour reports are helpful.

Although Canadian websites are not nearly as vigilant in tracking its fall foliage progress as those in the U.S., a few online resources are available.
