Tsunami Sushi, Vancouver

Having lived in Tokyo for four years and had sushi made by the masters, I'm constantly on the lookout for great sushi here in Canada. I knew the Japanese delicacy would be abundant in Vancouver, given the ready availability of fresh fish, but was nevertheless wowed by Tsunami Sushi on Robson Street.

Especially enjoyable is the kaiten sushi style of dining, where customers choose from plates of sushi passing by on a conveyor belt.
